Plans, coordinates, and evaluates county 4-H programs, supporting new and existing clubs. Organizes educational workshops, trains Counselors-in-Training, and supports interns. Manages program marketing, design, and promotion, including social media. Recruits youth, leaders, and community partners for 4-H events.
